In this salaried position, the successful candidate is responsible for supporting the Project Management Office (PMO) in the planning, reporting and controls of portfolios, programs, and projects; providing support in leading the Company’s efforts to adopt and apply project management best practices; providing project management support; providing business process management support; and performing other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Corroborate compliance on project delivery model for all capital projects;
  • Maintain standardization by reducing duplication, and support process improvements to methodology;
  • Prepare trend reports and analyze deviations ;
  • Prepare Executive report for all capital investments;
  • Provide end user support to Clarizen and
  • Maintenance of framework, tools, and procedures.

Qualifications include:

  • Undergraduate Degree in Business or equivalent;
  • Project management designation (PMP or Prince II or equivalent);
  • More than five (5) years’ experience including:
    • More than 5 years of project management leadership experience including working in program administration and project delivery in a structured project management framework; and
    • 2 years’ experience leading Business Process Management activities; and,
    • 2 years’ experience leading Organizational Change Management activities.
  • Business Analyst designation would be an asset.
